Talamore is a master-planned resort-style community in Huntley. Located off of Route 47, with access to I-90 and both the Crystal Lake and Big Timber Metra Stations. The community consists of seven (7) associations: Talamore Community Association – The Master Association, Talamore Condo 1, Talamore Condo 2, Talamore Pod 3 Townhomes, Andare at Talamore Pod 2, Andare at Talamore Pod 5, and Talamore Pod 7 Townhomes.

Annual Meeting

The Talamore Community Association held the Annual Election for the First Homeowner Board of Directors on Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 6:15 P.M. at the Talamore Clubhouse.

In order to proceed with the election, the necessary quorum needed was 20% of households totaling at least 272 homes.

Unfortunately quorum was not met resulting with 86 by person or proxy.

However, we are pleased to announce that  out of 7 volunteers for the 5 Board Positions we have verified 4 volunteers to be a part of the Talamore Transition Team.

This homeowner transition team will remain in place until the next election meeting which will occur sometime in 2023,  date to be determined.
